About the Above

The Above was first introduced by TangoTek in May 2016 at the launch of his Patreon exclusive server Titancraft. This iteration is a total revamp of the Above for the 10 year anniversary. In total, this iteration took 5.5 years to build - started in November 2020. The goal of the revamp was to make the Above more than just hard boss fights.

Trivia​

  • Before Titanshard Gems, the original currency of the Above was Tango Heads.
  • The tree on the Piggies island is from DropDaBass's base made on Titancraft Season 8.
  • All of the islands were made by Aelflaed using World Painter, which doesn't have settings for adding coral (which was new at the time), so AElflaed and LiteHorizon had to place it all by hand.
  • About 80% of the caves were done by DropDaBass.
